Free Valet to start our experience here was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Hostess was very friendly, and our server Jose was thorough and had such a positive energy. Everyone chips in to help keep the table clean, waters refilled, etc. We truly had an amazing experience and would recommend to anyone looking for an Italian gem!

My brother and I went for an early dinner. On a Saturday afternoon. It was the perfect time to go. We walked in a were seated right away. Our waiter was great. He gave us recommendations. The food was amazing. The dessert was fantastic as well. The place was very clean. A very nice date spot.

The food and service was great. Carlos was our server and was very hospitable. There is now also a speakeasy in the back of the restaurant with great ambiance and a well curated bar selection.

Our experience at Pasta D'Arte for our six-month anniversary was outstanding! The restaurant offers a diverse range of dishes and drinks that were absolutely delicious. The staff provided exceptional service, helpful and knowledgeable regarding menu options as well as recommendations. Our evening was enjoyable due to the warm and welcoming atmosphere this place has to offer. A wonderful experience, looking forward to dining at Pasta D’Arte again!

Went there last night with my wife and the place was packed so we ate at bar. Our server was delightful and she made excellent drinks. I had the blueberry smash and my wife had the limone spritzer. Appetizers of grilled shrimp and grilled octopus were very well made. My wife had the curry shrimp pasta, I dislike curry but when I tasted it, it was delicious. I had the bucatini with braised beef and it was exactly what I needed on a cold winter night. It was hearty, rich and full of flavor. Cheesecake was a solid dessert but the ricotta pistachio cake was unforgettable. Needless to say this is now our go to spot for Italian, already told the kids we can't wait to bring them.

What a great meal and service at Pasta D'Arte Trattoria Italiana! To start, the drinks were solid—a nicely balanced Manhattan on the rocks and generous pours on the wines by the glass. Our group of four shared the Caprese Salad and Caesar Salad, both excellent and plenty to go around. For entrées, we enjoyed the Linguini Del Mare, Pumpkin Ravioli, Osso Buco, and Walleye Alla Piccata. Everyone loved their dishes! Note that the tomato-based sauces have a nice spicy kick from red pepper—we really enjoyed it, but if you prefer milder, I assume they can likely accommodate. The attentive and knowledgeable service made the experience even better, guiding us through choices nicely. Free valet on a busy Saturday night was a plus as well, and the overall vibe was welcoming. My only complaint: the place gets very noisy on a packed Saturday night, making conversation tough without raising your voice. It's that lively, bustling trattoria energy, though! Overall, a fantastic meal and service—we'll definitely be back!

Absolutely phenomenal, we will be returning! All the dishes were perfect, I couldn't have been happier. Hidden neighborhood gem. Don't sleep on these guys! 10/10 would recommend.

What a hidden gem in a city of great Italian food! There are plenty of great Italian restaurants in Chicago so it can be hard to pick one. Pasta D'Arte has great reviews and lives up to them in so many ways. Quiet, cozy atmosphere with personal and attentive service. Prepared excellent dishes even meet specific dietary needs. Fresh and homemade pastas and bread. My wife order the rigatoni alla vodka, she said hands down that was the best vodka sauce she's ever had. I kept it basic my first time and ordered the spaghetti alla carbonara amazing rich flavors nice fatty pieces of ham not to salty perfect. Best part they are not far from my house! 100% recommend!
